 Through a strengths-based, experiential approach attention shifts from "what is wrong with me? to "what has happened to me?" and "what has made me stronger?" I have trained in a range of theoretical perspectives including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness-based psychotherapy as well as drama therapy.
